The other types of individuals who will not be included in the benefits of the 403b plans are people who are involved in another typecast of taxation sheltered annuity, students, non occupant aliens, and employees whose working hours are less than twenty hours weekly.

The employers of various companies who are in this revenue enhancement postponed programme must comply with these restriction. The failure to follow these rules will result in the entire company losing their rights to the 403b plans.
